Man Trys To Rob A Man Of A New Game At Gun-Point

Gaming fans have been clambering over each other to get their hands on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 this week, but one enthusiast in Missouri tried to take the game at gunpoint.
Police said an 18-year-old man frustrated by long lines to buy the highly-anticipated game pulled a gun on a fellow customer just after the title was released. A gamer in America tried to mug another man for his copy of the game.
David Morales became so annoyed with the length of time he had to wait to pick up his copy of the game he followed Adam Freeman, who was one of the first people to buy the game back to his home.

He then pointed a gun at Mr Freeman and demanded he hand over the game.

However, Mr Freeman was anxious to keep hold of the title he had queued for and ended up struggling with the gunman, before Morales fled in his vehicle.
Police tracked down Mr Morales in the line waiting for the game, where he told officers he was "freaked out" because he hadn't expected his victim to fight back.

He was arrested on charges of attempted robbery and armed criminal action and was jailed in lieu of a $50,000 bond.

Police in Colorado were also called to a disturbance at a Best Buy store after an irate customer threatened to blow the shop up if staff did not hand over his pre-ordered copy of the game.
